Z CONSTRUCTION was founded in Tampa, FL in March of 2000 by Jason Zyk. As the owner of a restored 1920's bungalow-style home, Jason was accustomed to the many tribulations in dealing with most contractors. The difficulty in finding companies able to work within a rigid construction schedule while adhering to a strict budget inspired Jason to put his years of experience in home construction and renovation to work. Shortly after completing renovation on his home, Jason formed Z CONSTRUCTION.

Aware of the poor state of the construction industry, Jason set out to create a renovation revolution in which the customers' needs are held in the highest regard; projects are completed in a timely manner; and costs are kept within budget.
